Terms and Conditions for Jack FPL Competition Registration
1. Participants must be Indonesian citizens or foreigners who are above 17 years of age, residing in Indonesia, and possess personal identification such as an Indonesian ID card (KTP) or a limited stay permit card (KITAS).
2. To participate in the Jack FPL program, participants are required to register and have a Fantasy Premier League account through the official Fantasy Premier League website.
3. If a participant already has a Fantasy Premier League account, they can take part in the Jack FPL event by registering themselves using the following link: jck.to/fplregistration
4. Jack’s representatives will verify the registration through the email and/or phone number provided by each participant via the registration link above.
5. Registration for Jack FPL begins on August 9, 2023, and closes on the final registration date of October 28, 2023.
6. Each participant is only allowed to register one team that has been selected by the participant.
7. Participants are encouraged to invite other individuals to join with the aim of adding excitement to the Jack FPL competition.
Jack FPL Competition Mechanism
1. The accumulation of points earned by each participant is determined based on the points indicated on the Classic Scoring Fantasy Premier League leaderboard, where the points calculation starts from game week 1 and concludes at game week 38;
2. A participant’s victory is assessed through the highest accumulated points during the Premier League game period (“Winner“);
3. Each participant and winner are required to follow the official social media accounts of Jack and Transfez, namely:

4. If a winner is found not following the above-mentioned social media accounts, Jack reserves the right to cancel the winner’s prize at any time;
5. We are not affiliated with Fantasy Premier League (“FPL”) or the FPL or its organizers, and thus any errors or issues that occur within the FPL system, including those related to points accumulation that determine the winner during the competition, are the sole responsibility of FPL.You are requried to release release any claims, demands, or lawsuits that may arise from or in connection with the FPL electronic system.
Jack FPL Competition Mechanism
1. Announcements related to the Winners will be made by Jack through Jack’s official social media channels as mentioned in these Terms and Conditions, no later than 21 business days after the Jack FPL Competition ends, including, but not limited to any other timeframe determined by Jack’s representatives.
2. Winners must first verify their data with Jack’s representatives through the following procedure:
- (i) Jack’s representatives will email the email address provided by the Winner during registration.
- (ii) The Winner will be asked to verify their email by replying to the email from Jack’s representatives, attaching a screenshot of their FPL account, which includes first name, last name, team name, and participant’s email address.
- (iii) After the Winner’s identity has been successfully verified, the Winner must complete other personal data, including fulfilling tax payment requirements and other specified conditions. Jack will send the Prize to the verified Winner’s designated address.
3. The Prizes determined in this Competition are as follows:
- First Place: iPhone 14 128gb
- Second Place: PlayStation 5 Digital Edition
- Third Place: Sony WH-CH720N Wireless Headphone
- Fourth to Tenth Place: Original Team Jersey for the 2023/2024 season
4. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash by the Winners.
5. Jack has absolute discretion to determine changes to the prizes for the Winners, including determining additional prizes for other Participants, as relevant.
6. Prizes will be awarded to the Winners within no later than 60 (sixty) business days from the date the Winner is successfully verified and deemed to have fulfilled the requirements specified by Jack. Prize taxes will be borne by each Winner in accordance with applicable laws. However, Jack will cover all shipping costs to the Winner’s address.
7. Winners must exercise caution and avoid fraud using Jack’s name. Jack is not responsible for any claims from Winners or any parties who allege to have experienced fraud or misconduct by individuals claiming to be Jack.
8. Jack reserves the right to cancel a Winner at any time if fraud or violations of these Program Terms and Conditions are discovered.
Other Provisions
1. All matters related to information, updates, and announcements, including Winner announcements and further information about this program, will be communicated by Jack’s representatives through Jack’s official social media channels as mentioned in these Terms and Conditions.
2. Jack has full discretion to cancel or modify the Program and these Terms and Conditions at any time due to events beyond our control or potential violations of applicable laws or regulations. Any changes to this Competition will be notified to Participants as soon as possible.
3. Jack will not be liable for any matters related to fraud, losses, and negligence of Participants, or matters that fall outside these Terms and Conditions.
4. By registering and participating in this Competition, Participants are deemed to have agreed to allow their names, team names, as well as related matters, to be used by Jack for publication purposes, as long as it is not in conflict with the law.
5. The Competition cannot be participated in by employees of Jack and Transfez
6. All decisions and matters related to this Program are final.
